Job Title: Part-Time Property Maintenance Technician
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Property Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep and general maintenance of residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing a variety of basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• General cleaning of units and common areas

• Interior painting and drywall repair

• Light plumbing work (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing fixtures)

• Light electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures)

• Assisting with unit turnovers and basic repairs as needed

• Reporting maintenance issues and completing tasks in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work (prior experience preferred but not required)

Schedule:
Flexible, part-time hours based on property needs.

Compensation:
$18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.
