Job Title: Maintenance Technician Assistant
Pay: $18–$20 per hour

Job Description:
Join the facilities team as a Maintenance Technician Assistant and help keep buildings safe and reliable. No experience needed. Applicants must be dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. You’ll support and learn skills for maintenance, repair, and operations work across building interiors and exteriors, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. This hands-on role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, works well with others, and delivers helpful customer service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support with general maintenance and repair tasks.

  • Help with cleanouts & garbage removal

  • Assist with drywall repair & painting

  • Learn to install LVP, carpet, and VCT

  • Perform plumbing, electrical, and heating systems repair under supervision

Requirements:

  • Entry-level position; no experience necessary. Training provided.

  • Basic repair and renovation knowledge and practical experience with tools is helpful and preferred but not required.

  • Reliable transportation is required to travel to various work locations.

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
